This Child Friendly Apartment is situated on the 3rd floor
making it a penthouse duplex and sleeps 6/7. It comprises of 3
bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is one DB master bedroom upstairs (
stair gates in place) with DB bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers
and wardrobe. The patio doors lead out on to a large terrace
that has views over the community gardens at the back of the
apartment and a small sea view. The terrace is closed in and safe
for toddlers and young children although normal supervision would
be required. There is a BBQ on this terrace with a table and chairs
for 6 people. a perfect place for a family meal or parents to
unwind after the children have gone to bed.This bedroom has an en
suite bathroom with bath/shower bidet, sink and toilet.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the ground floor each with 2
single beds, bedside table, chest of draws and a wardrobe.
There is also a 2nd bathroom on the ground floor with
bath/shower sink and toilet.
The lounge/dinning room is open plan with 2 sofas a coffee
table, TV, DVD player and Sky TV offering basic UK channels. The
dinning area has a round table with chairs to seat 4 people and
limited room for a highchair.
From the lounge area there are two patio doors leading out on to
a small closed in terrace.The back terrace looks out over the
gardens and golf course.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob & oven,
fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all baby and child essentials. There
is also a small laundry room with a washing machine and sink.
Outside the Property
This Baby Friendly 3 bed-roomed apartment is set in beautiful
gardens with a swimming pool. There is also a garage for
underground parking with a direct lift access to the apartment,
making easy access with luggage and pushchairs.
The complex has fabulous views of the coastline, and is located
in an excellant postion for exploring La Cala de Mijas, Riviera del
Sol and Calahonda. Local Supermarket is a 25 minute walk from the
apartment. Tots-Away would recommend hiring a car to make the most
of your holiday.
Parent Info
All of Tots-Away properties are supplied with special child and
baby saftey equipment and property saftey checks are carried on on
every property. Once you are outside the apartment you are in the
corridor of the community where you have a lift or stairs taking
you to the pool area, normal supervision would be required. The
pool is open plan with baby pool so please make sure you are with
your children at all times near the pool area. Otherwise this
property is perfect for families with young children.

This property is perfect for any family friendly holiday it
offers all the things needed for the young ones and is a very well
kept community for you to enjoy.
The Location of this property is a little out of town making it
a perfect place to be situated in a quite location but near enough
to all of the ammenties. A Car would be strongly recommended for
this property.
Local Area Info
The apartements location is elevated and peaceful, local
ammenties are about a 20minute walk from the apartment. We would
recommend a car or use our extra Holiday Packs to make the most of
your holiday.
Riviera del Sol & Miraflores are truly up and coming areas
positioned within an excellent central location to the beach &
all the amenities that Mijas Costa has to offer. There are numerous
bars and restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisines to suit
all tastes. In addition, there is the Aztec Country Club which
boasts a good size swimming pool along with crazy golf, tennis,
gym, aerobics and a health & beauty centre.
Supermarkets, car hire, newsagents, medical centres, and
numerous places to exchange your money can be found in the main
area of Riviera. The Aqua Park, Horse Racing, Go Karting, Sea Life
Centre, Zoo & Adventure parks are all within easy reaching
distance especially with a car, or if you don't want to drive let
us organize days out for you.
Close by are La Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola, Cabopino, Marbella,
Puerto Banus & Benalmadena which all are great places to visit.
They each have their own very special character catering for all
tastes and have something for everyone to enjoy. In addition there
is also Gibraltar with tax free shopping which is only about 1 hour
drive away. The village of Mijas is about a 15 minute drive
inland which is the oldest Spanish village on the coast, known as
The White Village of Mijas dating back 400 years with great for
panoramic views of the countryside and coastline.
The pretty port of Cabopino with its luxury yachts has a
friendly selection of waterside bars and restaurants and a
beautiful sheltered sandy beach with all the amenities you would
expect. The fashionable, bustling resorts of Marbella and Puerto
Banus are just 15 minutes further. The Costa del Sol is world
renowned for its year round sunshine which makes it an ideal
holiday or sporting venue for all the family.

Rental & Booking Information
Rental fee is fully inclusive of departure clean,
electricity,baby/child pack and Breakfast Basket. For 2 weeks or
more the property can be cleaned and linen changed on request at an
extra charge.
Booking Process
A Deposit of 25%of total holiday amount is required to reserve
your holiday and remainder 8 Weeks before arrival date, along with
a 150 Pounds refundable deposit.
Payment via Bank Transfer is the preferred method, but you can
also pay via paypal with a 3% comission. ( Please contact Tots-Away
Direct for more details)
Security Deposit
150 Pounds ( Refundable deposit returned after your holiday
providing all is in order with the property)
Car Hire or Private Taxi
Tots-Away can provide car hire and private taxis from the
airport to your property. FREE Car Seats
Booster seats or Carry Cots Provided if booked through Tots-Away.
All Car hire and Taxis MUST be paid for before travel and then you
will be provided with booking confirmation and receipts.

Arrival Times
Entrance to the apartment on arrival is from 3pm and the
apartment MUST be vacated by 10.30am.
A small charge will be required if you wish to extended your
departure time. ( Please note this is only possible if no other
booking has been taken for the property or there is an evening
arrival following your departure) You MUST check when booking the
apartment for availability.
Two weeks prior to your departure we require a refundable breakages deposit of €150.00, this will be repaid within 4 weeks of your return minus any deductions if applicable.
